Halloween is right around the corner (well, not really – but it doesn’t hurt to be prepared) so I’ve designed two treat bag toppers. They’re perfect favors for a Halloween or school party. It’s easy -just download the PDF, print it out on cardstock, cut them out, fold in half, and staple or use double sided tape to attach them to a Ziploc bag. You can use the sandwich or snack size bags with the toppers. Wax lips for everyone!!!!
