Take A Walk on the Irish Side

BradleyFamily

Since it’s St. Patrick’s Day, I thought I’d give the Irish side of my family some equal time. This photo is of my grandfather, George Bradley (seated on the left) and his family, taken sometime in the early 1930s.

The photo was a bit faded, and the lower right hand corner was torn off. I did a tonal adjustment, burned in some areas, and repaired the missing corner. The original photo is behind the cut. Happy St. Patrick’s Day!

Same to you – I’ve got my corned beef and cabbage on the stove! 🙂

Thanks, I’ve really enjoyed working on these.

  5. The little girl in the center is calling “Louise Brooks”, or was Louise calling her?

It is an interesting bio… http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Louise_Brooks

I like that all of the ladies in the photo have bobbed hair, even Aunt Gert in the front row!
