Here is another doodle with Derwent Dark Wash pencils. This one was done in a Canson XL Mix Media pad which I will be using regularly just as soon as the Sketchbook from Heaven is exhausted which I’m sad to say will be soon.

That looks ‘much’ darker, was that on purpose?
It is — the sequence is going to take place in a dark room. It’s also better paper that can take both wet and dry media better than the cheap, little sketchbook I got for Christmas. I’m exploring options as far as media and techniques.
