We’re going back to the analog past well before Ms Garceau had the pleasure of pounding on a putty colored keyboard. This is one of Tina’s collage illustrations for the Philadelphia Daily News. Tina rifled through her clipart books; photocopied the images to size at the copy shop (that’s how I met her – Joe) and painstakingly cut them out with an X-Acto knife. The pieces would be assembled and glued down on to a piece of bristol board. This ran as a spot illustration in the paper’s late lamented food section.
