What a photo! Looks like Joe from the images I have seen. He sure looks happy in the moment despite whats happening around him. Thanks to our veterans!
They weren’t supposed to take photos on the ships (security reasons) but it didn’t stop Joe’s Dad!!! He was quite a guy.
Interesting but I guess that makes sense.
