Ma Grand-Mère

Rhea

Among the family photos I’ve been sorting through is this beautiful portrait of my grandmother, Rhea Lajeunesse Garceau. From the clothing she’s wearing – it looks to have been taken in the early teens. For a one hundred year old photograph, it was in pretty good shape except for a tone adjustment and a few minor creases. The original scan of the photo is behind the cut.
