Washington Square

High Above Washington Square
Here’s another Photo Elective shot by Tina Garceau. As I’ve said before, all sophomore students majoring in illustration at The Philadelphia College of Art were required to take a minor course in photography where the students would take and process black and white, 35mm images. I lived in South Jersey and commuted to school, while Tina lived in and shot her photographs around the school’s downtown Philadelphia campus. Here she is several blocks East of P.C.A. high above Washington Square. Note the Eternal Flame towards the top center of the photo.

Thanks – I must have been in a public building nearby to get this shot. Long time ago….
