Gasp…BLAM!!!

Doodling in a small, store brand sketchbook that I bought from Dick Blick when it was on sale a couple years ago. I forgot I had this one, but I recently uncovered it in the studio and figured waste not, want not. I threw it in my bag for doodles during the commute.

It turned out to be better than I thought. Once again, I’m beating on it with British-made, water soluble pencils, and I’m revisiting the post apocalyptic world of the Atomic Warrior which began as a Halloween costume for my son a few years ago.

I’m about halfway through this little sketchbook and am enjoying it. It’s pages are not really meant for wet media, but I’m pushing it anyway. Hopefully it will take me to interesting places.

Stay tuned.
