Turkey Stroganoff

Turkey Stroganoff is a meal you can make in less than 30 minutes, using up leftover turkey from your holiday dinner. After all the time spent in the kitchen over the holidays, it’s nice to have an option you can quickly throw together that’s tasty.

  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 1/2 cups mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cups turkey gravy
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • salt and pepper
  • 3 cups diced turkey
  • egg noodles
  1. In a large skillet over medium high heat, sauté the garlic, olive oil, and mushrooms for several minutes.
  2. Whisk in the gravy and sour cream, season with salt and pepper. Add the turkey and simmer until the turkey is heated through.
  3. Spoon over egg noodles, serves 4 to 6.
