This along with a number of other classified style advertisements for perfectly legitimate products and services appeared in Marvel Spotlight No. 25 published by Marvel Comics in 1975. It was a comic adaptation of Ray Harryhausen’s 1958 fantasy epic The Seventh Voyage of Sinbad.
My guess is that Marvel was taking another shot at licensed property steeped in sword and sorcery. The comic publisher had a great deal of success with their comics based on Robert E Howard’s Conan the Barbarian. Sinbad did not take off as a comic book property, but Harryhausen’s films were a lot better than the attempts that were made with Conan.

LOL, legitimate… yeah, right!
I wonder what the ad cost and was it worth the guy’s time. Maybe he worked for a printer.
