A ripe avocado, with a mixture of sour cream and mayonnaise, topped off with a spoonful of caviar. This appetizer used to be on the menu at\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.frisatsun.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Friday Saturday Sunday Restaurant<\/a> &#8211; who, by the way, just celebrated their 40th year in the business &#8211; congratulations Weaver!<!--more--><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 avocado<\/li>\n<li>1 tablespoon mayonnaise<\/li>\n<li>2 tablespoons sour cream<\/li>\n<li>caviar of your choice<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>1. Cut avocado in half, remove pit, and peel. Thinly slice each half and fan on small plates.<\/p>\n<p>2. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise and sour cream, put a dollop on the avocado halves and top with caviar.
