I used a high loft quilt batting for extra protection, and wide ric rac to hold the flap into place, but allow for quick access. It&#8217;s an easy project you can make in less than an hour. seam allowance, around the flap, then down the other side, leaving the bottom open. Turn the fabric on the bottom in, pin, and stitch across. Fold into place, and attach the ric rac 1&#8243; inch down from the top.
