I&#8217;ve published a few peanut butter cookies recipes on here, but curiosity got the better of me, and\u00a0I whipped up a batch\u00a0on Saturday morning. Not only are they easy to make, these cookies are soft, chewy, and full of peanut buttery goodness!\u00a0<!--more--><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1\/2 cup light brown sugar<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup granulated sugar<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup butter, softened<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup peanut butter<\/li>\n<li>1 large egg<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon vanilla extract<\/li>\n<li>1 cup + 2 tablespoons flour<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 teaspoon salt<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon baking soda<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>1. Preheat oven to 350\u00ba. In a large bowl, cream butter with both sugars. Mix in the\u00a0peanut butter, then add the egg and vanilla.<\/p>\n<p>2. In a small bowl, whisk the flour, salt, and baking soda &#8211; then add to the butter\/sugar mixture.<\/p>\n<p>3. Scoop dough by the tablespoon on a parchment lined baking sheet, and bake for 12 to 14 minutes.
