Here\u2019s another Photo Elective<\/strong><\/a> shot by Tina Garceau<\/strong><\/em><\/a>. As I\u2019ve said before, all sophomore students majoring in illustration at The Philadelphia College of Art<\/em> were required to take a minor course in photography where the students would take and process black and white, 35mm images. I lived in South Jersey<\/a> and commuted to school, while Tina lived in and shot her photographs around the school\u2019s downtown Philadelphia campus. This is a few blocks away from the school\u2019s former location. It’s South Broad Street just outside of City Hall.<\/p>\n
