This time I went wandering around the <em>City of Brotherly Love<\/em> just across the Delaware River from the place I called home. I guess I was trying to capture a little urban verisimilitude. <!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Sadly, I don&#8217;t know where I took this picture. The place could have been within Philadelphia&#8217;s Chinatown or they were just using the name Chinatown. I don&#8217;t remember. I don&#8217;t know if the place is still standing or if it was obliterated long ago. It was 1982, and the area within this frame looks a little worse for wear. If anybody out there does remember the place and\/or location, feel free to leave your info in the comments section below.<\/p>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>M Y S T E R Y\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 S O L V E D <\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n<p>As it turns out, my friend <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sendmeyourhead.com\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Karen<\/strong><\/a> used to live above this restaurant. She wrote on the Facebook post:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>This is 102 South 13th street&#8211; 13th and Drury (between Chestnut and Sansom). We lived on the 4th floor in the mid 80s until we had a fire in 1988.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>So that solves that mystery. The place is long gone. Now that I know the locale, I&#8217;ll swing by to see what&#8217;s there now.
