\"Al<\/a>As I was processing the scan of this film negative I sort of remembered what I was trying to do with these art school photos back in 1982. I had an idea where I was playing off graveyards for people such as this shot<\/em><\/a> with shots in auto graveyards. Dead people. Dead cars.<\/p>\n

Ooh, arty!<\/em><\/p>\n

I’m not sure of the artistic merit of my photographic endeavors, but I did manage to catch places and things that are long gone. They were not necessarily cherished places, but more of the “Oh, yeah, I remember that” <\/em>places. I think this was shot at a junkyard that was up near the circle where Westville ended and Brooklawn began. I was always hazy on what the exact demarcations were.<\/p>\n

\"circle-130\"<\/a>It used to have quite a few junkers strewn about. From the aerial detail it looks like it has long since been cleaned up.<\/p>\n
