Another family photo – I don’t know who he is – yet! Interesting that he’s posed in the photo wearing a long coat with a bowler hat on the table. It reminds me of the beginning of the movie The Magnificent Ambersons,<\/em> where Orson Wells in voiceover, describes the changing fashions of the era. Perhaps this long coat and bowler hat were all the rage at the time and this ancestor of mine was rightly proud of it and decided to commit it to posterity with a photograph.
