The year is <em>1981<\/em> and <a href=\"http:\/\/willceau.com\/news\/the-tina-garceau-gallery\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><em>Tina Garceau<\/em><\/a> is outside of <em><a href=\"http:\/\/www.yelp.com\/biz\/little-petes-restaurant-philadelphia-2\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Little Pete&#8217;s<\/a><\/em> restaurant trying to fulfill a class credit requirement by snapping photos in Philadelphia for a photography elective class all illustration majors were mandated to take.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><a title=\"Chancellor Street - 1981\" href=\"https:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/willceau\/15438433170\/in\/photolist-pwf1jf-pNJYML\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-flickr-embed=\"true\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/farm4.staticflickr.com\/3935\/15438433170_d611c027c6_z.jpg?resize=640%2C388&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"Chancellor Street - 1981\" width=\"640\" height=\"388\" \/><\/a>She snapped a few frames outside of this Philadelphia mainstay on 17th Street, but it looks as if they got messed up during the developing process. Getting the 35mm film wrapped around the reel in the processing tank in complete darkness was always tricky. A lot of masterpieces were similarly damaged.
