One of the great things about South Philadelphia are the corner stores. They’re everywhere, and places like Melino’s on 15th & Ellsworth have been around for generations. Corner stores are there for you when you run out of milk or eggs. It’s where kids buy candy on their way to school, or hoagies! It’s marvelous to see these old stores still around with their weathered signs and ATM machines.<\/p>\n
