It is now the <a href=\"https:\/\/gamp.philasd.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><em>Girard Academic Music Program<\/em><\/a>.<\/span><br \/>\n<a title=\"Details at the Edgar Allen Poe School\" href=\"https:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/willceau\/25585574224\/in\/dateposted\/\" data-flickr-embed=\"true\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\"
