It&#8217;s light, slightly sweet, with\u00a0a tang of lemon!\u00a0<!--more--><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 box of Duncan Hines white cake mix<\/li>\n<li>3 large eggs<\/li>\n<li>1 cup milk<\/li>\n<li>1\/3 cup butter, melted<\/li>\n<li>one can lemon pie filling<\/li>\n<li>3 ounces cream cheese, softened<\/li>\n<li>1 tablespoon milk<\/li>\n<li>8 ounces heavy cream<\/li>\n<li>2\/3 cup confectioners sugar<\/li>\n<li>zest of one lemon<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>Preheat oven to 350\u00ba. Grease two 9&#8243; cake pans, set aside.<\/li>\n<li>In a large bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, milk, and butter. Divide between the two pans. Drop spoonfuls of the lemon filling in the pans, swirling with a knife to evenly distribute it.<\/li>\n<li>Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, testing with a toothpick. Set pans\u00a0on a wire rack for 15 minutes, then turn out and let cool.<\/li>\n<li>In the bowl of an electric mixer, combine cream cheese and milk, and mix\u00a0until smooth. Add heavy cream, confectioners sugar, and zest, and beat until stiff peaks form.
