Peel the cucumber, cut in half lengthwise, remove the seeds with a spoon, and slice.<br \/>\nDice red onion, tomatoes, and avocado and add to the corn and cucumber. Make a chiffonade with the basil leaves, add to the bowl along with the chick peas.<\/p>\n<p>For the vinaigrette:<br \/>\n3 ounces olive oil<br \/>\n1 ounce champagne vinegar<br \/>\n1 teaspoon Dijon mustard<br \/>\n1 tablespoon mayonnaise<br \/>\n1\/4 teaspoon garlic powder<br \/>\nsalt and pepper<\/p>\n<p>In a medium bowl, whisk all ingredients together.
