The best part about unfussy desserts is that you can spend less time in the kitchen, and more time at the pool!\u00a0<!--more--><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 cups plus 1 teaspoon flour<\/li>\n<li>1 tablespoon baking powder<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon salt<\/li>\n<li>2 sticks butter, softened<\/li>\n<li>3\/4 cup light brown sugar<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup granulated sugar<\/li>\n<li>3 large eggs<\/li>\n<li>zest of 1 orange<\/li>\n<li>1 cup \u00a0milk<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup blueberries<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For the topping:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3 tablespoons granulated sugar<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 teaspoon cinnamon<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup blueberries<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>Preheat oven to 350\u00ba. Grease and flour a 9&#8243; X 13&#8243; baking pan.<\/li>\n<li>In a medium bowl, whisk 2 cups flour, baking powder, and salt together, set aside.<\/li>\n<li>In a large bowl, beat the butter and sugars together until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time and the orange zest, scraping down the bowl.<\/li>\n<li>Add one third of the flour, half the milk, and repeat with remaining flour and milk until incorporated. Toss the blueberries with remaining teaspoon flour, and fold into the batter.<\/li>\n<li>Pour into prepared pan, even out with a spatula. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar over the batter, and top with blueberries.
