It is now known as <em>The University of the Arts<\/em> and will probably be named something else if somebody decides to pony up several million dollars from his or her personal fortune. Work is going on inside of the building transforming it into anything other than an art school and representatives from the local unionized building trades are taking umbrage with the folks doing work within.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I have a few questions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Does the union rent or own the inflatable rat?<\/p><p>Is the company that manufactures inflatable rats a union shop?<\/p><p>Can anybody inflate the rat or is it a union gig?
