Chicken, spinach, artichoke hearts &#8211; prep time is 15 minutes. While it&#8217;s baking, set the table and make a tossed salad, a great dinner in less than an hour!<br><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>3 cups cooked shredded chicken<\/li><li>1 cup sour cream<\/li><li>8 oz. cream cheese, softened<\/li><li>1 &#8211; 13.75 oz. artichoke hearts, quartered<\/li><li>1 &#8211; 12 oz.<\/li><li> package spinach, cooked<\/li><li>2 cups shredded mozzarella<\/li><li>salt and pepper<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Preheat oven to 350\u00ba. Spray a 9&#8243; x 13&#8243; baking dish with cooking spray.<\/li><li>Layer chicken on the bottom, season with salt and pepper.<\/li><li>In a large bowl, mix sour cream, cream cheese, artichoke hearts, and spinach together. Spread evenly over chicken, and sprinkle mozzarella on top.<\/li><li>Bake for 35 to 45 minutes.
