Not much to look at, but it got rave reviews from the fellas. It&#8217;s a cheat, you start with a box cake mix, then add cream cheese, eggs, confectioners sugar to make it a layered dessert &#8211; very chocolatey, gooey, and delish! <!--more--><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 sticks butter, melted in 2 separate bowls<\/li>\n<li>1 package of chocolate cake mix<\/li>\n<li>3 large eggs<\/li>\n<li>1 &#8211; 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 cup cocoa powder<\/li>\n<li>16 oz. confectioners sugar<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon vanilla extract<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>Preheat oven to 350\u00ba, spray a 9&#8243; x 13&#8243; pan with cooking spray, set aside.<\/li>\n<li>Combine the cake mix, 1 egg, and 1 stick melted butter with an electric mixer. Press the mixture into prepared pan.<\/li>\n<li>In a large bowl with an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add remaining 2 eggs and cocoa powder.<\/li>\n<li>Add the confectioners sugar, slowly add the remaining melted butter, then the vanilla.<\/li>\n<li>Pour over the cake mixture in pan, and bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
