After all the time spent in the kitchen over the holidays, it&#8217;s nice to have an option you can quickly throw together that&#8217;s tasty. <!--more--><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 garlic clove, minced<\/li>\n<li>1 1\/2 cups mushrooms, sliced<\/li>\n<li>2 cups turkey gravy<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup sour cream<\/li>\n<li>salt and pepper<\/li>\n<li>3 cups diced turkey<\/li>\n<li>egg noodles<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>In a large skillet over medium high heat, saut\u00e9 the garlic, olive oil, and mushrooms for several minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Whisk in the gravy and sour cream, season with salt and pepper.
