This blurry photo is what I call a lap shot. It’s a rare occasion with Plywood, and every now and again – I like to document it. Plywood was a stray in our backyard that I felt bad for. He was skinny so, I fed him, and wouldn’t you know – he came back for more food! Fall was closing in, it was cold and raining, and we decided to take him in and make him our kitty. He’s not a big fan of being picked up, or held, and we were okay with that. However, two years in, after residing with us, he felt comfortable enough to jump in my lap and curl up for a nap while I’m sitting at my computer. It doesn’t happen often, and it’s completely on his terms – so when it happens, I don’t mind typing up a post with one hand, because he likes to rest his head on my forearm. I love this little beast, and we’re so fortunate to have him as part of our family!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
