It was irritating at the time, but now I realize that was part of the charm of the now vanished AM radio stations.<\/p>\n<p><a title=\"WFIL Album Back\" href=\"https:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/willceau\/51132150774\/in\/dateposted-public\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-flickr-embed=\"true\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/live.staticflickr.com\/65535\/51132150774_365d681269_z.jpg?resize=640%2C640&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"WFIL Album Back\" width=\"640\" height=\"640\" \/><\/a><script async src=\"\/\/embedr.flickr.com\/assets\/client-code.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script>The <em>deejays<\/em> are pictured on the back of this album, but I&#8217;m not sure if they appear on any of the tracks. There might not be much room for them among the vinyl grooves considering that this album contained 20 songs! That was a lot for a record.<br \/>\n<a title=\"WFIL Album Side A\" href=\"https:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/willceau\/51132484545\/in\/dateposted-public\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-flickr-embed=\"true\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/live.staticflickr.com\/65535\/51132484545_a2f6a3f9b1_z.jpg?resize=640%2C582&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"WFIL Album Side A\" width=\"640\" height=\"582\" \/><\/a><script async src=\"\/\/embedr.flickr.com\/assets\/client-code.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script>The next time I&#8217;m down on Chestnut Street, I&#8217;ll have to see what stands at 1005.
