<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Crumb Topping:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5 tablespoons flour<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup granulated sugar<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon cinnamon<\/li>\n<li>4 tablespoons butter<\/li>\n<li>pinch salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Cake:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 cups flour minus 1 tablespoon<\/li>\n<li>2 teaspoons baking powder mix<\/li>\n<li>3\/4 cup granulated sugar<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 teaspoon table salt<\/li>\n<li>4 tablespoons butter, softened<\/li>\n<li>zest of one lemon<\/li>\n<li>1 large egg<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon vanilla extract<\/li>\n<li>1 pint blueberries<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup milk<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>Preheat oven to 375\u00ba. \u00a0Grease a 9&#8243; pan.<\/li>\n<li>In a small bowl, mix flour, sugar, cinnamon, butter, and salt. Set aside.<\/li>\n<li>In a large bowl, whisk flour, baking powder,\u00a0sugar, salt. Using an electric mixer, blend butter, lemon zest and the egg, Add the vanilla, blueberries, and milk.
