Yep, always nice to have a good snack to go with an afternoon of movies and a cat who shuns your lap in favor of a warm radiator! <!--more--><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3 ripe bananas<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup butter, melted<\/li>\n<li>1 large egg<\/li>\n<li>3\/4 cup light brown sugar<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon vanilla extract<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon baking soda<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 teaspoon table salt<\/li>\n<li>1 cup flour + 1\/4 cup &#8211; divided<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 teaspoon cinnamon<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 cup cocoa powder<\/li>\n<li>3\/4 cup chocolate chips<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>Preheat oven to 350\u00ba, grease a 9&#8243; x 5&#8243; loaf pan, set aside.<\/li>\n<li>In a large bowl, melt butter and mash bananas. Whisk in egg, light brown sugar, vanilla, baking soda, and salt.<\/li>\n<li>Stir in 1 cup of flour until well combined. Divide batter in two bowls. In one bowl, add the additional 1\/4 cup of flour and cinnamon. In the other, add the cocoa powder and chocolate chips.<\/li>\n<li>Drop large dollops of batter in prepared pan &#8211; banana, chocolate, and banana. On top of that, chocolate, banana, and chocolate. Using a butter knife make two figure eights in the batter.<\/li>\n<li>Bake for 55 to 65 minutes, testing with a toothpick.
