And if you are a lemon lover like I am, this will be your new favorite cake! <!--more--><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1\/2 cup plain yogurt<\/li>\n<li>1 cup granulated sugar<\/li>\n<li>3 large eggs<\/li>\n<li>1 1\/2 cups flour<\/li>\n<li>2 teaspoons baking powder<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 teaspoon salt<\/li>\n<li>zest of 1 lemon<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup vegetable oil<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Glaze:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1\/4 cup lemon juice<\/li>\n<li>3\/4 cup confectioners sugar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>Preheat oven to 350\u00ba, line a 9&#8243; round cake pan with parchment paper and spray with baking spray.<\/li>\n<li>In a large bowl, mix yogurt, sugar, and eggs together. In a small bowl, sift flour, baking powder, and salt, then add lemon zest.<\/li>\n<li>Add flour mixture to wet ingredients, then add oil.<\/li>\n<li>bake for 30 to 40 minutes, test with a toothpick.
