I pulled this together in 20 minutes, mainly out of pantry ingredients, and served it with a side of potato salad. It&#8217;s an American classic, comfort food, and it got the fellas&#8217; stamp of approval! <!--more--><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 pound ground beef<\/li>\n<li>1 tablespoon butter<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 yellow onion, chopped<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 green pepper, chopped (I used a red one, it&#8217;s what I had on hand)<\/li>\n<li>1 clove garlic, minced<\/li>\n<li>2 teaspoons yellow mustard<\/li>\n<li>3\/4 cup ketchup<\/li>\n<li>1 tablespoon light brown sugar<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 teaspoon kosher salt<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 teaspoon black pepper<\/li>\n<li>hamburger rolls<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>Over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef, drain the excess liquid. Add the butter, onions, and peppers and cook for several minutes.<\/li>\n<li>In a small bowl, whisk the garlic, mustard, ketchup, light brown sugar, salt and pepper.
