It gets it&#8217;s flavor from lemon juice, lemon zest, and sour cream &#8211; it&#8217;s soft, moist, and scrumptious! <!--more--><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 1\/2 cups flour<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon baking powder<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 teaspoon baking soda<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 teaspoon salt<\/li>\n<li>3 large eggs<\/li>\n<li>1 cup granulated sugar<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 cup unsalted butter, melted &amp; room temperature<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 cup vegetable oil<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon vanilla<\/li>\n<li>1 1\/2 tablespoons lemon zest<\/li>\n<li>2 tablespoons lemon juice<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup sour cream<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>Preheat oven to 350\u00ba. Grease and line a 9&#8243; x 5&#8243; loaf pan, and line with parchment paper.<\/li>\n<li>In a small bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.<\/li>\n<li>In a large bowl, beat eggs and sugar for 2 minutes. Add the butter and the vegetable oil.<\/li>\n<li>Mix in the vanilla, lemon zest, and lemon juice, then add the sour cream.<\/li>\n<li>Pour into prepared pan and bake for 50 minutes, testing with a toothpick.
