I&#8217;m so happy that this year peaches are back &#8211; sweet and ripe!<!--more--><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 cups flour<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 teaspoon salt<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon baking powder<\/li>\n<li>1 cup granulated sugar<\/li>\n<li>1 stick butter, room temperature<\/li>\n<li>2 large eggs<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup sour cream<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon vanilla extract<\/li>\n<li>1 cup blueberries<\/li>\n<li>1 cup peaches, peeled and cubed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>Preheat oven to 350\u00ba. Spray a loaf pan with baking spray.In a small bowl, whisk the flour, salt, and baking powder together.<\/li>\n<li>In. large bowl, with an electric mixer, beat butter and sugar together until light na fluffy. Add eggs one at a time. then blend in sour cream and vanilla.<\/li>\n<li>Fold in flour mixture and then fruit. Pour into prepared pan.<\/li>\n<li>Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
