It&#8217;s creamy, the vegetables give it a nice crunch, and you can make it in a snap! <!--more--><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 cups macaroni or mini penne, dry<\/li>\n<li>3\/4 cup mayonnaise<\/li>\n<li>2 tablespoons white vinegar<\/li>\n<li>1 tablespoon Dijon mustard<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon sugar<\/li>\n<li>3\/4 teaspoon salt<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 teaspoon pepper<\/li>\n<li>1 cup celery, finely chopped<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 red pepper, chopped<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 cup red onion, finely chopped<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 cup dill pickles, chopped<\/li>\n<li>1 hard boiled egg, grated<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water, set aside.<\/li>\n<li>In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, white vinegar, Dijon mustard, sugar, salt, and pepper until smooth.<\/li>\n<li>Add the pasta, celery, red pepper, red onion, and pickles &#8211; mix until well combined.
