I decided to make a simple galette before heading out &#8211; the beauty of galettes is that you simple roll it out, fill it, fold it, and throw it in the oven. Place parchment paper on a baking sheet.<\/li>\n<li>In a medium bowl, toss blueberries, with sugar, cinnamon, zest, lemon juice, and cornstarch.<\/li>\n<li>Roll out dough, pour blueberries in the center of the crust, leaving a 2&#8243; to 3&#8243; border. Fold the crust over the berries all the way around.
