I’m going back to the real world drawing board which is a nice change being that I have been so ensconced with the digital world of late. Breaking out the graphite and the ink has been a welcome change from complicated disassembly and reassembly instructions filled with tiny connectors and tinier screws that are forever lost if they are dropped on the floor.<\/p>\n

There is some work that I have been playing with that combines both the old and the new. I scanned the old cut-and-paste logo I did back in the 1980s and started to play with settings and filters on GIMP<\/strong> or the GNU<\/span> Image Manipulation Program<\/em>. I think I may have finally found a way of replicating the look of a really beat copier from back in the day.<\/p>\n

There’s a little more work I have to do as far as getting my digital life squared away for the future. Once that is done, I plan to do a lot more real world drawing. Stay tuned!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
