The foundation is a springy cake, with juicy blueberries, and a simple crumb topping made of flour, sugar, and butter. It&#8217;s easy to make and the perfect snack to serve with coffee or tea. <!--more--><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 1\/2 cups flour<\/li>\n<li>3\/4 cup granulated sugar<\/li>\n<li>2 teaspoons baking powder<\/li>\n<li>1 1\/2 teaspoons lemon zest<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 teaspoon nutmeg<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 teaspoon salt<\/li>\n<li>2\/3 cup milk<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 cup butter, melted<\/li>\n<li>1 large egg, room temperature, beaten<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon vanilla extract<\/li>\n<li>2 cups blueberries<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Topping:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3\/4 cup granulated sugar<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup flour<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 cup butter, melted<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>Preheat oven to 350\u00ba. Grease a 9&#8243; x 13&#8243; pan.<\/li>\n<li>In a large bowl, whisk the first 6 ingredients. Add the milk, butter, egg, and vanilla, and beat until well combined.
