\"\"<\/a>The Lads are back among the rocks again, and John B. Capewell<\/strong> has rejoined them in front of the camera.<\/p>\n

You’ll notice that Mr. Capewell is a little blurry in this shot and his hand is a blur of motion from activating the camera’s shutter with an attached string.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>The fellow on the right looks to be the man who was brandishing the small pistol<\/a> in the earlier photo I posted of Capewell and the Lads.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

It also looks like Capewell’s friend Adolph Tumser<\/strong> is back for this shot.
\n\"\"<\/a>Here is the whole glass negative:<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>I’m not sure where this shot was taken. It was suggested that it was Rock City Park<\/a> in Olean, NY, but I got a comment from another reader suggesting that it was not. Where ever it is, it’s certainly not Westville, NJ<\/strong> where Capewell lived with his family. Westville, like most of the area in the Philadelphia area, is fairly flat. Capewell may have had to travel a bit to get this site, and he made sure to bring along his camera and glass negatives.<\/p>\n

Before I started making adjustments to this digital image of the glass negative, It had an interesting bluish tint. Below is the same shot without the adjustments.
