I recreated it at home substituting sharp cheddar cheese for the mozzarella the restaurant used. It&#8217;s a quick, throw together dinner, and has become part of my &#8220;I really don&#8217;t feel like making dinner tonight&#8221; rotation!<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 pizza shell (I buy them from a local bakery and keep them in the freezer.)<\/li>\n<li>1 pound of ground beef<\/li>\n<li>1 packet of taco seasoning (Or you can make your <a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20140101150800\/http:\/\/www.foodnetwork.com:80\/recipes\/alton-brown\/taco-potion-19-recipe\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">own<\/a>\u00c2\u00a0and avoid the MSG &#8211; it&#8217;s easy!)<\/li>\n<li>1 cup of shredded sharp cheddar cheese<\/li>\n<li>1 small can of sliced black olives<\/li>\n<li>1 chopped tomato<\/li>\n<li>shredded iceberg lettuce<\/li>\n<li>sour cream<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>1. Preheat oven to\u00c2\u00a0400\u00c2\u00ba<\/p>\n<p>2. Brown ground beef, then add taco seasoning and 2\/3 cup of water, let simmer for a few minutes.<\/p>\n<p>3. Place the pizza shell on a cookie sheet, spoon the beef over the shell, sprinkle the cheese and olives on top. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until the shell is golden brown.<\/p>\n<p>4.
