A lot of these old comics usually don’t have credits as to writers and artists. This one is signed by Ogden Whitney who created The Skyman and Herbie back in the Golden Age of Comics.
This is another of the four stories within Heart Throbs No.46 published in 1956. Three of the four stories featured distraught, tear-stained heroines within the first panel of the story.
