Here’s another Photo Elective shot by Tina Garceau. As I’ve said before, all sophomore students majoring in illustration at The Philadelphia College of Art were required to take a minor course in photography where the students would take and process black and white, 35mm images. I lived in South Jersey and commuted to school, while Tina lived in and shot her photographs around the school’s downtown Philadelphia campus. This is about a block away from the school’s former location. This is the corner of Broad and Locust circa 1981.
