Santa brought us basement full of sewage this Christmas. I guess we were bad. Really, a lump of coal would have sufficed. But I guess the old boy was gunning for us. So we’re ringing in the new year with new pipes. Fortunately the guys digging up our pavement didn’t find any bones or archeological relics, or else some historic commission or a poltergeist would have prevented us from using the facilities in peace. It’s nice to be back in the 19th century again – we have functioning plumbing. Happy New Year!

Yay for that! That would have been all you needed…. sigh
It was a LONG week! Now the clean up begins, but at least we can shower in our own house!
