People in my neighborhood put out boxes of their unwanted belongings marked as “free”- celebrity cookbooks, beat up sneakers, coffee mugs, VHS tapes, never anything I’m interested in. Until Sunday that is – partially concealed under a stack of Psychology Today magazines was this gem of a souvenir tablecloth. A two color, illustrated map of California, probably manufactured in the 1950s. Since I have a thing for vintage tablecloths, I was delighted to add this to my collection! Detailed photos behind the cut.
