Nutella, everyone’s favorite spreadable food in a cookie! These cookies are brownie-like, chewy, and decadent, and they didn’t last long around these parts!
- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 4 tablespoons butter, room temperature
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 3/4 cup Nutella
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Preheat oven to 350º. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, whisk the flour, baking soda, and salt together and set aside.
- In a large bowl beat the butter and light brown sugar. Add the Nutella, then the egg and vanilla. Stir in the flour mixture until just incorporated.
- Drop by tablespoons on the baking sheet and bake for 9 to 10 minutes. Makes 24 cookies.
