Nutella Cookies

Nutella, everyone’s favorite spreadable food in a cookie! These cookies are brownie-like, chewy, and decadent, and they didn’t last long around these parts!

  • 1 1/4 cups flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 4 tablespoons butter, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup Nutella
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  1. Preheat oven to 350º. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk the flour, baking soda, and salt together and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl beat the butter and light brown sugar. Add the Nutella, then the egg and vanilla. Stir in the flour mixture until just incorporated.
  4. Drop by tablespoons on the baking sheet and bake for 9 to 10 minutes. Makes 24 cookies.
