House of Terry

In my travels around South Philly for work assignments, I’ve found a treasure of vintage and homemade signs such as this one, for what looks to be a shuttered salon. It’s not a great sign, but I kind of miss these amateurish attempts at branding, hopelessly restrained by a lack of talent and budget. But, hey they tried – anybody can hop on a computer nowadays and have a polished, but utterly forgettable result. You go Terry! How much for the wash and set?

Yep, they tried and even spelled everything right! 🙂

They almost forgot the “i” in stylist – but they pulled it together!
