Glad you like it! Miserlou is actually an old song first performed in Greece back in the ’20s. It bopped all around the area and the Mid-East for years eventually ending up being played by big bands and exotica acts and on up to surf bands.
The late, great Korla Pandit was born John Roland Redd and was from St. Louis. He and his wife cooked up the Indian Prince story and it stuck. He played for years on TV on the West Coast similar to our Larry Ferrari.
