These bars are easy and quick to put together. They’re made of ingredients you have in your cupboard, and the fellas gave them the thumbs up! Perfect for packing in lunch boxes.
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 3/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- Preheat oven to 350º. Line a 8″ x 8″ pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, beat the oats, peanut butter, and brown sugar. Add the milk and vanilla.
- In a small bowl, whisk the flour, baking soda, and salt together. Add it to the wet ingredients, then fold in the chocolate chips.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Cut into bars.
