- 2/3 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/3 cup + 1 tablespoon flour
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs
- 3/4 cup sugar
- Line a muffin cup with 12 papers, set aside.
- Melt chocolate chip and butter together, stir until smooth.
- Sift flour, cocoa, and salt.
- On high speed, beat eggs and sugar until thick and pale. Switch to low speed and add chocolate and butter.
- Fold in flour mixture with a spatula, divide among muffin cups and sprinkle on some extra chips. Bake for 13 to 16 minutes, cool on wire rack.
